Worship
The Worship team is composed of volunteers that lead faith building, creative environments that honor the presence of God and inspire the church family to worship completely across multiple environments.
This serving opportunity is a leadership/ministry position. Higher lifestyle standards are required as well as a leader mindset.
An audition is required. If you're invited to join the team, you’ll also be invited to our onboarding & development Process, a requirement for anyone with the desire to serve in worship. This process is designed to prepare the musician/vocalist on the overall execution of worship at CLC so that we can better serve and lead our church.
Vocalists – Frontline vocalists are members of our worship team that help lead worship environments using their vocal abilities. They have a heart for people, Worship, and support the primary worship pastor/leader. They require an ability to stay on pitch, blend with the rest of the vocal team and sing harmony/parts. Frontline vocalists serve the team by creating an environment full of faith, family, and fun; while engaging in leading the church family to worship God.
Band- Band members play a part of our worship team by helping lead worship environments using their musical abilities. They have a heart for people, Worship, and support the primary worship pastor/leader. They require the ability to execute songs, transitions, and contribute to the overall feel of the worship set. Band members serve the team by creating an environment full of faith, family, and fun; while engaging in leading the church family to worship God.
Experience
Must have discipline to practice & come prepared to rehearsals. Rehearsals are a requirement to attend for the week you are scheduled.

For auditions, detailed instructions will be emailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to explain how we do auditions here at CLC . We know live auditions can be nerve-racking, but we just ask that you do your best. After your audition, our Worship lead will follow up with you.
